Invoice email and billing access

Plausible and Paddle use separate email addresses. Your Plausible email is for logging in and viewing your stats. Your Paddle email is where invoices are sent.

Change your invoice email

If you want invoices sent to a different address, contact us with your current Paddle email and the new address you'd like to use. We'll update it with Paddle on your behalf.

Give your accounting team billing access

You can add a team member with the Billing role. A Billing member can view and download all past invoices and manage your subscription and payment details directly within Plausible.

To add a billing member, go to your team settings and invite them with the Billing role. See users and roles for details.
